Hi, RA although appears to be a disease of bones and joints, but it affects many other organ systems of body. Respiratory system is one of them. Your description of glassiness may be evidence of interstitial lung disease, which may appear in RA. It again requires long term management and in most of cases symptom relief(remission) is achieved.
Dear sir I am not Dr Abhishek, but your query compelled me to reply for it.
thanks
