How am I supposed to treat enlarged papillae on my tongue?

Hi, irritation or inflammation of the papillae causes the enlargement. It may be due to fever, use of medication,allergy, viral infections etc. Please consult a dental surgeon and a physician and go for a complete check up. Proper treatment will resolve the problem. Take care!
