Emergency Testicule concerns!

30 year old male here. For the last year or two I began experiencing discomfort in my left testical while sitting down. Kind like just a feeling of mild discomfort while sitting down, where I would feel the need to adjust my legs constantly in order to feel more comfortable. First consciously noticed while driving on a vacation.

I figured my testes were just big, and they were probably just getting squished while I was driving for prolonged periods. It made sense to me.

More than several months ago I noticed I was uncomfortable during my daily drives and while sitting on the couch as well.

In the last few weeks I've developed a minor pain in the same testicle. This pain is also accompanied by pain in my feet shooting up my legs. I have actually been working a lot and have had no in-soles in my shoes. Both legs hurt, and the back of my inner thigh closest to the Testicle hurts as well.

The pain in my legs is constant, ive been working out and I helped someone move the other day, on top of being on my feet working full time. The testicle pain however seems intermittent, where it only hurts sometimes and I can barely differentiate the pain from the testicle or soreness In my thigh. I made an appointment with a urologist, which is two days from now.

I have not had any severe pain or nausa so I was ruling out torsion, but yesterday and today the pain has gotten slightly worse and I am really starting to worry!

Some online reading suggests I should go to the emergency room immediately. Should I go or wait two more days? I really would rather just hold out because I have already waited this long! As I type this I don't even feel any pain but when in originally started typing this I did.

But if this is something serious I am honestly very concerned at this point and don't know what to do. Input please!
