Ejaculation Issues, Retarded. Done Ureteroscopy. What May Be Going On?

Hi doc
My husband is not able ejaculate in time .I have searched various sites and I think he is suffering from retarded ejaculation. .he is able to have arousal easily and we have sex for more than 30 minutes and even then he is not able to ejaculate.
This prblm has increased since he had his uretroscopy done 2 months ago.he had stones stuck in ureter .SO MY QUESTION IS THAT CAN URETROSCOPY LEAD TO RETARDED EJACULATION?
HE HAS UNDERGONE URETROSCOPY TWICE IN PAST 2 YEARS

greetings.

Is your husband is on any other medications?because there are certain medications which causes delayed ejaculation as the side effects.some medicines like anti depressants/anti hypertensives etc can have these issues.

also there is no strictly printed literature documenting delayed ejaculation as side effect of ureteroscopy as far as i know. Also some poeple come with pre ejaculation as well.so truly speaking theres no link between the two where as majority are normal.

Maybe if he can be more relaxed things might help him in a better way.
