Hi.. The colour and complexion of the skin depends both on genetic and environmental factors.. The medications or local creams are known to modify the affects of the environmental factors but not the affects of the genes.. You can use any creams that you find it suitable, they affects that you see is due to the modification of the affects of the environmental factors alone..

The dark patches that you speak of may be due to infectious causes.. See a doctor for examination and appropriate treatment..

Hello,
Welcome to HCM, Due to direct exposure to sun your complexion got dark due to tanning. Try some simple home remedies to get back the original skin & its glow by trying Aloe Vera sap; Potato juice; by rubbing lemon juice or tomato juice to get rid of tanned skin. see your family physician for dark patches in your under arm they can be allergic dermatitis. take care thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
The creams and lotions you are using are fine.
Kojic acid cream is safe, kojic acid soap also available, you can use it.
For dark patches in under arm due to deo, apply good moisturizing cream, aloevera cream.
Take plenty of water,
While going out cover your body and use full hand gloves.
Take Vit E and D and iron for glowing and clear skin.
Take plenty of green veggies and avoid junk food.
Ok and bye.
