Dropped heavy concrete stepping stone on top of foot. This was nine days ago. Had X-ray done five days after accident. Said there was no broken bones. My foot is still very swollen and tender to the touch. Very red on top. Cannot wear shoes because of tenderness on top. It looks almost like blisters on top. Certainly just as tender. I have used ice quite a lot. In the mornings it looks much better but once I stand and get dressed it looks swollen and red. Walking is not good. Please give advice.
