Dr. Rynne, My wife is 58 and for the last month or so she has been having mobile (moving pain) pain mainly in both shoulders, her right knee and left foot. The pain is severe and she has to raise her arm with the assistance of her other arm (both arms are never the same severity) and then she can use it above her head if required. Her pain level is very high and I can't get her to go see a doctor.
