Hi i had a triple bypass a year ago this month. the surgey went fine i was told went home in about four days not sure. after i went home a day later was a small hole called went back and they said to pack it . gave me some like shoe string to put in hole went back in a week. it was worst. it just kept getting bigger . i got very sick do not remember this but my husband call 911 and they took me to the hoitpal in drumright a very small town. the dr. had me sent to oklahoma heart hositpal my fight. the dr cut a large hole in my chest. two weeks later i came to my sense. and was told what had happen sayed two more weeks there sent me home . and then i his n urse had set up for home health and a wound vac. it was not doing very good then we lost our ins. and the home vac was taking back so it had to be packed three times a day the home health show my husband how to do it. they could not come back do on that ins. has stopped. i was going to the about every 3 weeks and he looked at it told my husband he was doing a job just keep doing that and he also had a very good nurse. so when we ould go to see the dr. he was sometime gone so she look at and said looks good keep it up. well with no ins. the hositpal said i could not see the dr. until paid so the nurse told me to come. and it has gotten better in this one year of pain but, it has been over six weeks . and i have not heard from dr. or nurse. i still live in this pain from ____. and all the holes have filled up so i just have open wounds flesh . WHAT CAN I DO do i need to put cream on, it leave it open for air. or just keep doing this same thing ? i am so tried of it. and the pain and cant do much of any thing. please help if you can. thank you for your time.
