Masturbation is a normal phenomenon in males. It should be done to ejaculate the sperm and the secretions of seminal vesicle and the prostate. There is no harm in doing this.

If you are not doing this it will be ejaculated by itself in the night. So you can continue to do this which is normal for males. It helps to keep your sexual life in a good way.

I would suggest you to continue what you are doing all these years. It doesn't have any ill effect on the health. Perhaps it has got very good effects on the health.
