Does Withdrawal Bleeding After Taking Ginet Reduce Its Efficacy?

Hi there, I am a 21 year old female, 154cm and 53kg. I have been on Ginet for around 13months now and I experience a small amount of breakthrough bleeding around the middle of each pack (halfway between the withdrawal bleeds, probably around week 3). This does not bother me, but I am wondering if this reduces the effectiveness of the pill and could possibly indicate ovulation?

Hi, I think there is no need to worry about the breakthrough bleed. It will not interfere with the efficacy of the pill. it is a common side effect. If you have taken the pills properly, you are protected.
