Does Using Phones Cause Excessive Blinking?

Hi I have been do this thing for the last 2 or 3 weeks where I keep blinking my eyes for like almost everyday my parents says it because of me using my phone too much but I keep telling them that I m not using it a lot so is it true that I keep blinking my eye because of me using my phone at a low brightness

Well i read your history. Let me jnform you that using phone doesn't cause much issues, but ya if you are using it at low brightness then yes it does strain your eyes. So its advisable to keep your brightness at auto setting or optimum level, not too bright nor too dull...
If its hampering you a lot , you can start lubricating eye drops. It ll give you soothening effect...
I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist once.
