Does Using Panderm Plus Cream Have Any Side Effects?
Hello Doctor, I am 20 years old having rash and pimple prone skin.I have consult to a doctor he has prescribed me Panderm plus cream daily (twice a day) to get rid of my rashes and pimples. So my concern is that is it safe to use it regularly?? or I should stop using after a few days.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you are prescribed with Panderm plus cream which contains ofloxacin ,ornidazole ,terbinafine and clobestasol. As it contain potent steroid 'clobectasol' it should not be use for more then 2 weeks . Initially this cream gives benefit as it decrease melanocytes (dark pigment producing cells ) ,but in long term use this is not good for skin health. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination and then continue it. For now what you can do is start using aloe vera cream which natural and help you in treating darkness of skin and skin redness ,use sunscreen with SPF 30 in the day time.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
