i just found out for sure i am pregnant and am not sure how far. i am showing and swear i felt the baby move today.... I have been doing bath salts for 6 months and do not know what effects the baby will have from this. should i even have the baby? i am worried its too late to have a healthy baby. also i have a lump right above my belly button that i am concerned about.

There's not a lot of data on it.
Ultrasound and getting an estimate of size versus likely dates would be a good start on assessing harm. Bath salts are similar to amphetamine and potentially lower blood flow to the fetus resulting in
an increased risk of abruption, preterm birth, intrauterine growth restriction, low birth weight, congenital anomalies, and increased neonatal death. - See more at: http://www.infantrisk.com/content/perinatal-use-bath-salts#sthash.J6L4eQhi.dpuf

Withdrawal from it unlikely to be as harmful as continuing.
