Does Use Of CPAP Cause Excessive Air Blowing Into Nose Pressurising The Ear?

I have used a CPAP for three years. I have had tinnitis for one year. I have been to an ENT everything was fine. I was told I would have to live with the noise. I was curious if other CPAP users have the same problem, too much air blowing into the nose, putting too much pressure on the ear. Maybe more research needs to be done to determine if using the CPAP for obstructive airway, causes tinnitis.
