Does Unprotected Oral Sex Cause HIV?

Hi doctor.i had protected relationship with nine girls in toronto,Canada fro the last one year.two of the girls sucked my penus without condom.I didn t see any blood or anything on my penus.Doctor I want to know if I put myself at the risk of hiv or not?

Hello,

There is minor risk of HIV with unprotected oral sex particularly if:
- Active lesion in mouth of sucker
- Penile ulcer with breach of skin mucosa layer
- Transmission of salivary fluids through mucus barriers
