Does Tingling Discomfort Upon Application Of Vitamin-C Serum Require Medical Attention?

Hi, I am reacting to a topical Vitamin C Serum that I applied to my chest and neck area. It is now tingling and swollen with much discomfort. Feels like an allergic reaction. I have applied Corozone extra strength and on Bendryl but it is day 2 and it still feels consistent. I m not having difficulty breathing but the discomfort is wearing on me. Should I make a ER visit?

Discontinue the serum application. It is not meant for your skin type. As for visiting ER, if you feel much troubled even after hours of non application, do visit
