Does The Swelling In The Vagina Need A Visit To An OBGYN?

I m really scared about this. 3 days ago I was forced to have sex by this couple. The woman fingered me, and apparently scratched me twice, both on the right side. One was near my vagina, the other is near the top part of my inner labia. Obviously when she did it, it hurt a lot and both cuts started bleeding. When I tried to get up, the man forced himself on me, and he was quite big. Obviously, with the cuts it hurt even worse, and I told him to stop, they told me to just fight through the pain . After that, he went down on me orally, despite me still bleeding. And it lasted a few hours before I was able to get out of there. It s been 3 days since then, and the cuts are still excruciatingly painful. And I have looked at them, and it appears that the one on the top of my inner labia is quite deep, but the cut is not straight, but is horizontal then cuts downward. The area around it is swollen. The cut near my vagina hurts as well and is swollen. I have not told anyone this, nor been to a doctor. Will it heal and would I be able to treat this at home? Or will I need to see my OBGYN? I really don t want to have to go to a doctor.
