I weigh 308 lbs and am looking for a jump start to loosing weight. A freind of mine is doing it and loosing a bunch of weight, but my instincts are saying this can't be safe...so can you help me decide if I should use it or not?

HCG diet involves severe diet restriction along with use of HCG hormone.
Side effects include fatigue,irritability,retention of water,blood clots etc.
You can use the diet but only under the meical supervision of your doctor.
HCG diet doesnt cause any damage to heart directly.
