Hello, Get repeat lipid function tests done to check your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Get Blood sugar (F/PP), and other routine imaging tests done to help screen out any developing CAD, your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Consult a doctor with these reports. Beta pace, Sotalol and Zestril can cause symptoms of weakness, dizziness, symptoms of feeling tired or fatigue. You are suggested to consult your symptoms with your treating doctor so that the doses can be adjusted accordingly. Do not stop medications unless your treating doctor tells you to do so. Stay away from any type of stress or anxiety. Take boiled food and if obese, do walking in the morning and also in the evening. Avoid taking refined flour, trans fat, full fat dairy products, packaged and processed food, spicy or oily junk food. Cut on salt intake, avoid salty snacks and red meat.
