Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of dry mouth or Xerostomia and also soreness inside mouth also known as Stomatitis seems to be most probably a side effect of medication that is antibiotic Curam and painkiller Panadol..
I would suggest you to start chewing sugarfree chewing gums..
You can also instil artificial saliva drops..
Gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve soreness..
Suck ice pops..
Avoid spicy foods..
Drink plenty of cool water..
In case if there is no improvement consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
