General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Consuming Losartan, Atorvastatin, Escitalopram and Clopidogrel will not harm kidneys. Long term use of Clindamycin will harm kidneys, not recommended to take without guidance of her doctor.

Tramadol consumption of around 1.5-2 years period is recommended safe for chronic pain conditions, but that too under medical supervision only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
