Does Swollen Nose With Dizziness Post Injury Suggest Broken Nose?
Recently I got headbutted in the nose. It caused immediate pain, bleeding, and my eyes watered. Within and hour my nose was swollen and the next day my eyes and my nose were bruised. It seemed like there was a slight break on the side of the bridge of my nose because when I felt it, there was a bump so I realigned my nose. Does this mean I broke my nose? Ive had small headaches and some dizziness. Having a small amount of trouble breathing out my right nasal passage

From history it seems that there are all chances of having fracture of small nasal bones producing nasal block,swelling and bruises.
Go for x-ray nose to know the condition of nasal bones.
Apply ice pack for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
