Does Swollen Hand Indicate Something Serious?
I bumped the top of my hand last night, right in the middle on the corner of a shelf in my refridgerator. This morning I woke up with the top of that hand swollen and painful. I assume it's bruised and it's just a waiting game to heal, but is there any chance it could be a more pressing issue?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history I could say that if the swelling is due to the injury then this would go away without the medicine only care need to be taken for infection and for that care need to be taken if it start Paining too much then this is the indication of infection, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
