Does Swelling On Head Of A Child With Fever Indicate An Underlying Issue?

My two yes daughter have soft swelling patch on the left side of her head from last two days. Within one day it s size decreases but very small. There is no symptom of vomiting & laziness. But today she have fever. If m worried as it has no insurance and it m new in here.

I do not think that there is any underlying problem related to the cystic swelling on the head.
If there is any problem usually it will surface within 46 hours.
