Does Swelling After An Injury Indicate A Fracture?

hi I tripped today on a broken sidewalk and fell on my right hand and injured the last two fingers. Most of the pain was when i first fell. i iced it all day and took advil. it feels better but now half my hand is swollen. if i can move my fingers, should i still get an xray?

Hello. The problem here is likely a sprain but I suggest you get an x-Ray since there may also be a small fracture
