Does Stress Lead To Growth Of The Testicles?

My penis sack has over time grown to the head of my penis as if I have a turkey neck sack, attached to the head of my penis. The skin that hangs there the sack that is, has become thicker and stretchy with a rubbery texture with bumps all over. Sack also a distinct brown line from the center of the head down the shaft/thick rubbery flappy sack skin, also hair grows all over it , so now I have hair growing from my sack all the way up the shaft of my penis, right to the head. This has been like this for years and also urination has come to a trickle do to lack of pressure feels like have to keep pushing urine out. My sack has a cold sweat that rarly stops even in shower.I went to walk in clinic doc said its stress that caused it but had no stress this was many years ago now though I am going to be thirty in july havent even thought of getting close to a woman in almost 6 years because of this, I just want my life back plz help. ps I am computer allitterate cannot access e mail can you plz reply back on forom somehow please...

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Looking to the clinical picture there might be having two possibilities causing this problem.
1, having hydrocele giving enlarged, thick, rubbery scrotum.
2, Filariasis of scrotum.
Consult surgeon or sexologist and get clinical examination done.
This will give clear clue about your problem.
Ok and take care.
