Does Self-stimulation Of The Genitals Cause Bone Weakness And Pain?

Well i have an upper right back pain and right knee joint pain. Also I always feel tired after doing even little bit of work and get exhausted so fast. I feel as if i do not have energy at all. Additionally i also observed that i lost focus and seems like i lost my memory as well as i hardly remember things. Is it due to masturbation? As i masturbate regularly everyday.

Anything in excess is bad for health and this is true with masturbation also.

So don't do daily masturbation. Get done vitamin b 12, vitamin d3 and folic acid levels. Deficiency of these vitamins can also lead to such symptoms.

You should start multivitamin and calcium tablets. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

Spend more time with family and friends. Avoid watching organizations reading porn stuff. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
