Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Sauna belt is for promotional and selling their items.
You can also reduce fat by other methods.
Take your breakfast at same time daily.
Take oats in breakfast.
Take protein and fiber rich diet like fresh fruits, green veg, beans, eggs etc.
Avoid bread, biscuits, butter, oil, jam etc.
Also avoid fatty and spicy diet.
Do relaxation therapy and proper rest whole the day.
Take whole grains also instead of refined.
Drink plenty of fluids and juices.
Avoid rice and roti too.
Do heavy exercise like cycling or swimming.
D brisk walking daily.
Hope all will be helpful to you.
