Does Running Cause Excessive Urination?

I have started running again after a 3 month layoff. I noticed after m runs, I am going to the bathroom about every 20 -30 minutes. I am drinking a good amount of water but this seems not normal. It continues for a few hours.
Can you tell me what causes this?
Thank you

hello.you have not mentioned your age and if you're on any other medication.passing urine frequently after taking plenty of liquids is a normal habit.if you reduce the fluid intake, the frequency also will reduce.if there's a family history of diabetes ,you can get your RBS( random blood sugar ),checked.along with that test, you should also get your s.creatinine checked, to know the kidney function.if theese two tests reports are normal, you don't need to worry at all. if either is high, you should consult a physician.
