Does Rubbing Flax Seed In Hands Reduce Pain In Hand?
I have severe arthritis in both wrists and thumbs . I had surgery in February 2015 in which I had a bone removed and replaced with a tendon..My hand is even more painful now. I have been reading up on flax seed and the benefits of rubbing this into my hands once a day. I have splints on both hands, take heavy pain meds but I m not getting any relief whatsoever....do you think this might be of help for me, or if you have any suggestions I would be greatly appreciated....thank you, Maggie

I really appreciate your concern, of course this the only treatment which could be helpful else for the pain right now you can try "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, healing is kind of process and it may take some time for this, and you need to be very patience for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
