Does Recovery From Perilymphatic Fistula Surgery Take Long?

I forgot to ask my doctor. I had a perilymphatic fistula surgical repair which ended of requiring both windows needing repair. It s been 2 weeks and I m cleared for getting water in the ear. He noted my balance is getting better, but I forgot to ask him about the lifting, blowing my nose, etc. and expected recovery time. Could you please help me or should I just call my surgeon.
