Does Prominent Brain Fluid Indicate Down Syndrome In A Fetus?

Hey i want to know that what are the chances of down s syndrome in my baby as the ultrasound report at 20 weeks showed a little fullness in the left kidney and ecogenic focus of 2mm on the left ventricle of the heart and prominent brain fluid. Is it an indication of Down syndrome? I am very much worried

These echo findings are not typical of Down syndrome. The thick neck and an abnormal distance between the thumb and index finger are the main finding in early stages of the fetal life in cases with Down syndrome.
Anyway, the morphological ultrasound will give more information on all his organs.
