Does Prolonged Dry Cough Affect The Foetus During Pregnancy?
Hi doctor, I am 18 weeks pregnant and have been having continuous dry cough for almost a month now. I have tried using honey and lemon but this seems not to be working. It usually starts in the evening and go on all through the night. But lately I have been coughing during the day as well. I am scared that this may be affecting my baby. Can you please advise?

Please do the following investigations.

ESR
If these are normal then I would consider treating for reflux which is common in pregnancy.
