Does Pressure In Chest And Loss Of Consciousness Indicate Seizures?

My period is about a month late I took two home pregnancy tests they were both negative, I went to my gyno and that urine test was also negative. I have been having back pain heachaches stomach cramping headaches and I have been more fatigued than usual. I haven't heard anything from my doctor. But the most alarming symptom occured this morning I have been really stressed lately because i was supposed to move today about an hour after I woke up i felt a little pressure in my chest and it was getting harder to breathe. My mother was there she said i took a few steps and collapsed my eyes rolled back and she said i was making a gargling noise when i woke up afew minutes later i had no idea what was going on. A friend who is a nurse said that i had a seizure.
