Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1)First of all do not panic.
2) As you may be aware that pre- ejaculation fluid does contain some sperms. Spillage of sperms in and around vagina can cause
pregnancy.
3) Most important thing is your day of menstrual cycle. In a woman with regular periods day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of the cycle. If your sex activity was out of this risk period then you have least chance of pregnancy.
4) You can use
emergency contraceptive pill like
i pill within 24 to 72 hours of unprotected sex act, if your sex activity was in the risk period- in between day 10 to 20 of the cycle.
5) If this is not feasible, please wait for your periods. If you cross your dates then, please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
6) Even if you are pregnant, you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks, under gynecologist’s supervision.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar
