General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Bleeding and headache in your case is not due to the pregnancy.
It could be due to the hormonal imbalance, excessive stress, cervicitis/endometritis, ovarian dysfunction.
I would suggests to consult the gynecologist and undergo
reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan,PAP smear/colposcopy.
Specific Treatment will depend on the cause.
Meanwhile take acetaminophen for headache, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, avoid stress, take healthy diet, avoid caffeine/alcohol
Hope this may help you
