Does Negative Result In Chest X Ray Suggest Healed TB?

Hi my friend is having his chest xray and the result is SUGGEST APICOLORDOTIC VIEW FOR RIGHT UPPER LUNG HAZINESS R/O MINIMAL PTB.. then he do the APICOLORDOTIC VIEW then the result is SHOWS FIBROID DENSITY ON RIGHT UPPERLOBE , SUGGESTIVE OF HEALED PREVIOUS INFECTION RIGHT UPPERLOBE SUGGEST CLINICAL AND SPUTUM CORRELATION and the result is NEGATIVE and the doctor said that no need to undergo medication does it means that he is negative from TB??

I really appreciate your concern, if the x-ray finding suggest some fibrosis and it is because of the previous TB infection then some time other tests needs to be done to rule out the fresh active lesion and if these tests are negative then it is nothing to worry, because it is not the fresh infection then, or active lesion are there, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
