Does My BP Test Result Indicate That My PAH Is Progressing?

I went to the doctor Monday and my blood pressure was 139/44. I have a history of pulmonary artery hypertension and I have 7 stents in my pulmonary arteries and 25% of both my lungs have oxygen or blood. I have also had 2 Aortic valve replacements. Is this an indication that my PAH is progressing.
