Does Metradozinole Cause Blisters Like Side Effect?

I have been taking ic metradozinole for 6 days. About the third day I developed a blister on my lip, hot all over my body, dizzy, and somtimes I feel like my liver hurts. I know that these side effects are mentioned. It took me a little while to relize the blister was from the medicine. Why would it cause that. It has busted and started bleeding. I dont know if I should stop seeing as I only have two pills left. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you

Hi,

Well documented side effects of Metronidazole include blisters. But the side effect of presence of blisters may be really troublesome. Hence, I advise you to stop it immediately.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
