I am masturbation since 15 years ago in start i am doing this twice time in day. and now after 15 or 20 days after please tell me is there is side effects of masturbation because i am scared from marriage becuase my friends told me you didn,t satisfied your wife please tell me the truth and solution

Hello, i am fine. Doing masturbation is not abnormal and there is no limit also for it. Doing masturbation will not hamper satisfying your wife so need to be scared of. You can masturbate even after marriage.
