ideally a marijuana or cannabis has no effect on blood. it causes more psychological dependence than physical dependence.it causes craving.restlessness and irritability if a user is off for long. ideally pt should be off 3 -4 days prior to surgery and if chronic user then psychiatrist help should be sought for some antianxiety drugs.
