Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern that you need to reduce cholesterol levels.
By looking at the lipid profile, it states that your Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels are very high. Also LDL cholesterol is borderline high. Such values increases the risk of coronary artery disease.
I appreciate that you have decided to reduce it. But what capsules you want to take us only multivitamin-mineral capsules, which do not directly reduce cholesterol level. But you can continue to take them as it doesn't cause any harm.
The best way for you to try to reduce cholesterol is by means of diet and exercise.
Eat healthy diet. Avoid high calorie diet, oily and junk food.
Exercise by going for brisk walk 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening regularly.
Also keep a check on your BMI (Body Mass Index) and Waist-Hip ratio. Kindly check your lipid profile after 6 months. If it has significantly decreased, then you can continue to practice it. Otherwise you may need medications, for which you need to consult Physician.
All the best.
