Hello, spasmoproxyvon is a smooth muscle relaxant, the night jerks that you are experiencing is known as myoclonic jerks or hypnic jerks which is actually a normal phenomenon in healthy individuals, some people who are on narcotics may have these symptoms. The medicine that you are on, can at times cause these sudden jerks during sleep, its nothing to be worried about. It subsides on its own. by the way spasmoproxyvon has been banned in many countries due to the potential abuse of the drug. My advise would be try not to use the drug again.
