Does Intake Of Benicar For High BP Cause Abdominal Problems?
Yes I have high blood pressure which is being managed very well by Benicar. I believe Benicar is causing me some abdominal problems and I would like to use a different med for my blood pressure so that I can see if Benicar is causing my problems can you recommend a different med?

Benicar very rarely causes abdominal pain. If it is very troublesome to you, then i suggest that you can take tablet enlapril 5 mg once daily; this drug has similar uses like that of benicar. Usually it does not produce abdominal pain but in some persons it can cause troublesome cough. If you develop cough with this medicine than alternative drug is tablet amilodipine 5 mg once daily
