Does Inhaling Gas Due To Leakage Of Stove During Pregnancy Impact The Baby?

I got home after shopping today with my mother and my whole apartment smelt like gas. I realized my gas stove had been on for 2-3 days. I m 35 weeks pregnant. And I ve been feeling a little bad the past two days but I thought I was getting sick because of the cold weather. Could it harm me and/or my baby? I feel fine today but I m just stressing out.

Hi..Can understand your concern and worries about your inside baby..As per your query inhalation of gas due to leakage of stove is harmful if inhaled for a considerable time period by you...If it was not for a very longer period like for hours it will not have any undesirable effect. You should be worried if fetal movement is slow or delayed and if you are feeling any pain or cramps....If not then you shouldn't worry.. If you are feeling sick bacause of nausea and other symptoms you should report to your treating gynaecologist .I hope the information helps you.You are welcome on HCM for any further query.Take care.
