Dear sir i can understand your concern.
In medical literature its a very well established fact that there is a condition called Pre Diabetes.
the good news is this pre diabetes is very well reversible to certain extent with lifestyle changes and cultivating good eating habits.
There is lots and lots of research showing that pre diabetes stage will start 3-4 yrs before the onset of diabetes.

preventing diabetes is not so difficult.
Daily do walking for 45mins
keep check on your weight, your BMI should be around 24.5
stop taking refined carbs.
keep 5 types of veggies and fruits in your diet daily.
reduce rice and white bread.
