Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to tell you that headache can cause high blood pressure in almost every individual but high blood pressure do not result in headaches.

Considering hypertension and irregular heartbeat you need to get a Cardiac Evaluation done to prevent risk of stroke which is very common with atrial fibrillation.

Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography done and consult a Cardiologist for further treatment.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr. Bhanu Partap
