Does Headache After Getting Hit By Basketball Indicate Internal Bleeding?

Someone threw a ball from half court in basketball and hit me in side of head and got a headache after it, played basketball anyway and now I went home and am really tired, I'm afraid I might have internal bleeding cuz of everything I have read, help! I need advice

There is nothing to worry about as you are asymptomatic so far. Headache after being hit on head is natural. You can take simple painkiller like Tab. Diclofenac sodium 50mg SOS.
