Does Having Sex In The First Week Of Starting The Pill Cause Pregnancy?

I'm on Ortho Tricyclen Lo, I have taken my pill at the same time every day, but I recently started a new pack and I decided to change the time I take my pill. I know the chances of pregnancy are high if you miss a pill the first week, but I just started taking it later. Are my chances of pregnancy high if I have unprotected sex the first week of my pack?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

If you have started taking the pill from 1st day of bleeding in your menstrual period, then there is no chance of pregnancy in you.

But if you have started taking pill after 2nd day of menstrual bleeding, you could get pregnant if you had intercourse in 3rd or 4th day of your period. After that there is no chance. You can change the time of taking pill when starting new pack, this has no effect on its working.
