Does Having Full Placenta Previa Cause Dark Brown Spotting At 28th Week?

Hello, I am 28 weeks into my pregnancy and have been diagnosed with full placenta previa. I was told to go to the hospital if I have bleeding. I have some dark brown spotting. About 30 minutes after changing my underwear, there is a dark brown spot bigger than a quarter. Do I need to go to the hospital?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You need to go to your gynaecologist asap. Placenta previa makes pregnancy a high risk. You need hospital admisson for monitoring baby's health and for further management.
